Does every dad have a signature dish? Well chili was my dad’s (and baby back ribs every memorial day cookout lol). Anyway, I loveddddd my dad’s chili even though he used the packet seasonings that were packed with sodium & preservatives lol but he really thought he was DOING IT and we lovedddd it!

So this chili is dedicated to my dad, Big Barry who always made chili when we stayed at his house pero like… better because #growth and better ingredients but love you daddy!

I loveeee chili with cornbread like love! Also, please go crazy with the toppings.

Sidenote: this honey cornbread, courtesy of The Neely’s (remember them from Food Network lol) is the same recipe I use for my Thanksgiving dressing and it is DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I’ve been using this recipe for literally yearrsssssss!
