When I was in Portugal, garlic shrimp was on EVERY menu for an appetizer so of course we ordered it…every time! The night before the wedding we went to JNcQUOI, a super popular restaurant in Lisboa that multiple people recommended and this was on the menu (colossal shrimp included).
This recipe is a new & improved garlic shrimp recipe with some Lisboa influence vibes!
Oh and mandatory to serve with crusty toasted buttered bread for dipping!
