catfish tacos + gochujang mayo (and obvi, pico)
"I love a Black people taco!"
I posted a little teaser of this taco on IG last week and my girl, Gene DM’d me, “I love a Black people taco!” and I lol’d because it’s exactly that because we are using catfish!
FYI, there will be no catfish slander in this community. I don’t care what anyone says but I loveeeeee catfish. I truly do not care that it’s a bottom feeder fish…it’s delicious, it’s meaty & amazing.
