Some hot saucie tips:
Let your curry BLOOM: In the directions part of this recipe you will see me tell you to bloom your curry, which basically means allow the flavors to come alive over some heat AKA letting the flavors bloom…it truly makes a difference!
Full fat, good quality unsweetened coconut milk: This also makes a difference within the dish & don’t get that non fat shit lol…FAT = FLAVOR!
