It’s not eggnog, it’s coquito!
If you are from New York you know what this is! It’s a Puerto Rican staple every holiday season. It’s full of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla & lot of dairy lol (do not do non-dairy for this, it’s the holidays. You can go back to oat milk after.)
It’s amazing! Now, coquito is made with vibes however below is my recipe via my mom but my way with a little extras to make it extra good!
Hot saucie tip: you can make it virgin and it goes GREAT in coffee like a latte but traditionally it’s boozy AF with rum!
