garlic confit + vinaigrette
this post is not about the breakfast blt (but that's included too)
If you follow me on IG then you may have seen me make a breakfast BLT for my coffee shop series… aka, “if I were to open a coffee shop” here is what would be on my menu.
First up was this breakfast BLT with garlic confit & garlic is actually the star of the show here for this newsletter!
Garlic confit is f*cking amazing! When you roast garlic it brings out this amazing nutty like sweetness in the garlic and you can spread it on anything, it’s so good!
Examples:
roasted garlic mayo - add a couple of the garlic into mayo for some extra flavor!
garlic vinaigrette - never discard the oil from the confit & make a salad dressing (below)
…or make a breakfast BLT like me! :-)
