This past week during my brutal luteal phase this month, the only thing I was craving was pancakes. I’ve been making this big ass pancake for awhile now and it is truly the best thing ever. It’s like mix of a cake, a pancake and the malted milk gives it this rich savory flavor ( you cannot skip this part).
My other recipe uses buttermilk that provides a different taste to it but I didn’t have that in my fridge so used whole milk and it provided a whole different taste and I’m obsessed!
Major tip: pour syrup on the bottom of the plate so it gets all in every crevice in the pancake!
