This recipe is in honor of my queen, my mommy or as the internet calls her mama Ev!
This reminds me so much of her cooking because it’s so comforting & flavorful and whenever we would go to NYC to visit my grandfather in Spanish Harlem (we called him Grampi, Papi & grandfather combined so kinda spanglish lol) he would tear up some Puerto Rican style stewed beef with his dentures lol.
