short rib pasta topped with a really tasty salsa verde like a chimichurri…trust me with this one!

Now this recipe may need to go into the hall of fame just because of the reaction to this pasta when it was being devoured. I made this for a cute little date night in for a boy (that will remain unnamed for…if/when he is my man lol). If all else fails, you guys (the hot saucies) will always have this recipe in your archives because it will 100% ensure you a spinnanight (or more) if you keep cooking for him lol and he brings over wine. Sidenote: In all my “I cooked for a n*gga last night” recipes, they are low lift (but with some prep) and full of flavor because you really want to spend more time talking (or doing other things lol) instead of in the kitchen! Ok, happy cooking!
