Of course I took a cooking class in Paris on my solo trip & I was OBSESSED! We made duck breast (it was f*cking amazing) with a sauce au poivre vert, essentially a cognac peppercorn sauce….it was AMAZING!
I also had a steak au poivre at Le Bistrot Paul Bert and I scraped the plate clean!
